A room is opening up in our 2bdrm apartment on Manhattan Ave in Greenpoint! The bedroom is approximately 10'x10'. The adjoining private living room is super spacious, approximately 250 ft² (25x10), with an additional room/office and private entrance. All of this space will be yours! The only shared spaces are the kitchen and bathroom (with one roommate).

There is a ton of natural light and lots of storage with multiple closets. Half block from the Greenpoint G on India Street. The room is unfurnished.

Included above are pictures of the old roommate's setup. (Smaller room was used as bedroom with other room split into a living room and office). Other people have previously used the larger room as a bedroom. It is up to you!

The room is available August 1st. First month's rent and security deposit are required for move-in. Rent is $2600 and utilities are $75 per month.

The building is a 4-floor townhouse with 2 apartments below us and a coffee shop on the first floor. Everyone in our building is quiet and respectful.

Roommates: 40 -year old professional (TV/Film). Quiet, friendly, and chill, with a preference for a peaceful home vibe. Hoping to add someone with similar qualities who is willing to work together to keep-up the apartment and maintain a friendly and inclusive environment :). LGBTQ+ friendly.
