I'm heading abroad for the summer and looking for the right person to take care of my apartment while I'm away. Available mid July through end of August, minimum one month but ideally looking for someone for the whole summer.
The apartment is a spacious 2.5 bedroom in a small quiet building right in the heart of Greenpoint. It's fully furnished and move-in ready. The kitchen is large and has everything you need, there's a queen size bed, a really comfortable queen size couch, plenty of closet space and two separate entrances which gives you a lot of privacy.
The backyard is a nice bonus, especially in the summer. Whether you're having people over for a BBQ or just want to have your coffee outside in the morning, it's a great space to have in the city.
All utilities are included, AC, and the building is dog friendly.
The location speaks for itself. Close to the park, close to the train and right in the middle of one of Brooklyn's best neighborhoods. Everything you need is within walking distance and the area has a great energy without feeling overwhelming.
This would suit a young professional or a couple who appreciates a comfortable, well located and private space in Brooklyn for the summer.
