Subletting my room in a genuinely nice 3-bed, 2-bath in the heart of Greenpoint, and I'm trying to find someone good to take it over.

The room itself: huge floor-to-ceiling window so it gets ridiculous natural light, hardwood floors, its own split AC/heat unit (no fighting anyone over the thermostat), and a massive double-door closet with custom built-in shelving; basically more storage than you'll know what to do with. Fits a queen bed, nightstands, and a full desk setup with room to spare.

Rest of the apartment is clean and minimalist; open common area, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dark cabinetry, and integrated LED lighting (you can catch it in the video tour).

The building's honestly stacked: there's a gym AND a laundry room right on our floor (no hauling laundry up and down stairs), a finished rooftop with great views, secure package room, elevator, bike rack, plus extra storage and an attached garage if you need it.

- Move-in: August 1st, 2026 (11-month sublease/lease takeover)
- Rent: $1,858/month + split utilities (wifi & electric)
- Deposit: 1 month's rent ($1,858)
- You'll need to pass the standard NYC background/credit check to get on the lease or sublease
- Roommates are Keven and Marc; both chill, clean, hard-working guys. Vibe during the week is pretty heads-down and respectful, nobody's throwing parties on a Tuesday

Heads up: the walkthrough video/photos are from when I first moved in, so you're seeing it fully unfurnished; room will be delivered empty too. Happy to do a FaceTime walkthrough or meet in person if you're serious about it.
