Private Living Room

I’m renting a private studio-style bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment on the top floor of a three-story walk-up.

The setup is ideal for someone who wants more privacy and space than a typical roommate situation. We are the only apartment on the floor, so it feels quiet, tucked away, and private. Your space includes a bedroom, living room, and a walk-in closet, giving you room to actually settle in rather than just rent a bedroom.

The apartment gets great morning and daytime sunlight, and the layout gives both roommates a good sense of separation. The kitchen and bathroom are shared and are located across the apartment, accessed through the hallway.

About me:
I’m a concert producer and I work a lot. I’m into music, reading, writing, working out, and keeping a calm home environment. I do play music, but at reasonable hours and levels. I cook a few times a week, enjoy going out, and generally keep to myself on my side of the apartment.

I’m neat, low-drama, and prefer a minimal, uncluttered home. I’m looking for someone who values the same.

About you:
You’re tidy, respectful, and considerate in shared spaces. Ideally, you’re the kind of person who does dishes daily and keeps the kitchen feeling open and usable. You probably prefer a clean, minimal home and understand that shared spaces work best when they stay shared — personal collections, extra storage, and lots of decor should stay in your own studio space.
