Hey everyone! I’m looking for a solid roommate to take over the second bedroom in my 2-bed, 2-bath apartment right on the border of Greenpoint and Williamsburg (2 blocks from McGolrick Park).
You’re getting a massive unfurnished bedroom with a huge walk-in closet, its own AC/heating unit, and your own PRIVATE full bathroom directly across the hall.
In-Unit: Washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a fully furnished common area with a huge sectional, dining table, and access to a communal balcony.
Building (6th-floor elevator): Digital doorman, fitness center, and a rooftop with stunning views of the NYC skyline.
Transit: 10-min walk to the G, 12-min walk to the L. Citi Bikes right outside.
I’m a 29-year-old guy, M-F Engineering Account Manager. During the week, I keep things very structured and clean—working 8-5, hitting the gym, cooking, and keeping it low-key watching the Yankees or listening to music.
On the weekends, I’m much more outgoing. I’m a DJ in the local house/techno scene, a snowboarder, and a golfer. I host events or a pre-game at the apartment maybe once a month at most.
Looking for another M-F working professional (guy or girl) who is clean, respectful of the shared space during the week, but fun and relaxed on the weekends. Ideally someone who has their own life and friend group, but is easy to hang out with, likes sports, and doesn't mind music being played a little louder on the weekends.
