We are looking for a 3rd roommate to re-sign with us at our 1st-floor apartment with a gorgeous backyard in Greenpoint, located 2 blocks from the G (either Nassau or Greenpoint Ave). We love living in this apartment! It is well priced and perfectly located. We are close to Manhattan and Williamsburg but still have that neighborhood feel that makes Greenpoint so charming. The apartment is great for hosting dinner parties or gatherings in the backyard. We love having a relaxing, spacious place to come home to at the end of the day.

What we love about it

- 2 blocks from the G, 7 min walk to McCarren Park, 14 min walk to the riverfront, 1 block from CitiBike station
- Close to the shopping and fun areas of Williamsburg and Greenpoint

- Works in affordable housing (3 days a week in Midtown/2 days from home)
- Currently injured but love playing pretty much any sport that I can do with my friends (soccer, climbing, tennis, running, pickleball, dancing)
- Love a good night out but also love baking and cooking for friends at home

About Taylor (30)
- New Yorker (Long Island counts) but I’ve spent time living in both Australia and India
-Works in commercial brokerage and is also a yoga instructor ( rarely works from home)
-In my free time I’m either at Vital climbing boulders or flying on aerial silks, in a yoga studio, or somewhere in nature meditating.
-I don’t drink and mostly prefer chill nights in, but I love to dance & can’t resist live music
