Hi everyone,

We have one room available ($1300) in a 6-bedroom, 2-bath duplex in prime Greenpoint.

Location is hard to beat - just a few blocks from the G train at Greenpoint Avenue Station and about 15 minutes to the 7 train.

The apartment:
Spacious duplex with a balcony
2 full bathrooms (no constant waiting situation)
Washer + dryer in unit
Dishwasher
Central AC + heat
Large kitchen with oversized fridge
Video intercom

The vibe:
We’re a mix of people working full-time (mostly hospitality + some retail), so schedules are all over the place. Because of that, the apartment stays pretty calm, clean, and respectful - not a party house, but definitely social and friendly.

We also have one very sweet cat, so you have to be pet-friendly (but we’re not adding more pets).

Who we’re looking for:
Someone clean, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces
Pays rent and bills on time (non-negotiable)
Down for a friendly home vibe, not chaos
Not bringing the party home, but totally fine with dinners, hangs, etc.

Logistics:
$1300/month
12-month lease
First month + security
No broker fee
You’ll be on one lease with everyone
Proof of income or guarantor required
