Hi! I’m Lexy and I’m moving out of my room in our Greenpoint apartment (sad to leave tbh, it’s a really good one). Looking for someone to take it over starting mid-May.

– fits a queen easily + great closet space
– big windows, good light
– cozy, curated, actually feels like a home (not a random Craigslist situation)
– full kitchen + clean, well-kept bathroom

rent:
$1675 + utilities

your roommate:
Nicky (27) — works in the art world, FIT grad, equal parts creative + organized. Loves art, plants, folk music, farmers market runs, and keeping the apartment looking good. Social but not chaotic — out some nights, home during the week with a pretty normal routine.

also… very clean. like actually clean.

vibe:
calm, aesthetic, low-clutter, respectful, not a party house but not overly precious either.

other things:
– boyfriend stays over ~2 nights/week
– occasional friends, generally chill
– pet-friendly in theory, just be honest about behavior

looking for:
someone easy, clean, self-aware, and aligned with the vibe
