Private Bath + Balcony in prime Greenpoint

Seeking roommate to join lease in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Prime Greenpoint. Dishwasher in the kitchen but no laundry (several laundromats are a few blocks away). The apartment is a really good size with lots of closet space and storage.

Lease Start Date: June 1, 2026
Price: $2,100 (Might be negotiable, we’re currently negotiating the increase with our landlord)

Two women in our 30’s who have been in Greenpoint for 8+ years.
One works in Higher Education and one works in Real Estate
We work complementary Hybrid schedules
While we have the occasional friend over, we don’t bring the party home
We have a really friendly dynamic in the house and are looking for someone who matches our lifestyle

We don’t have set rules but generally everyone is respectful of schedules - totally fine to have a bf/gf or the occasional friend stay over with advance notice but no long-term guests.

We have a very quiet and cute Russian Blue kitty but she prefers to be solo so unfortunately we can’t take any more pets but you must be OK with her as she was here first.
