Looking for 1 roommate – Greenpoint – ~$2k all-in

Looking for 1 roommate to join us in a 3 bed / 2 bath in Greenpoint starting May 1 (1-year lease).

Apartment is newly renovated with super high ceilings, great natural light, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, and a really nice open living/kitchen space. Great location near restaurants, coffee shops, and the waterfront.

Rent is ~$2,000/month including utilities.

About us:
We’re all in our early 20s. I work remotely for Stanford, my boyfriend will be working in finance down in Lower Manhattan (in-office), and our roommate works in Midtown (long hours), so we’re all pretty busy during the week.

We have a 1-year-old goldendoodle who’s super friendly, so you’d need to be okay with dogs.

We’re clean, easygoing, and not big partiers, but still social. Into fitness, sports, pickleball, eating healthy, and exploring the city—trying new spots, games, shows, etc. Looking for someone with a similar vibe.
