-12 min walk to Graham Ave L and Nassau G subways

ROOMATE PREFERENCES
-No pets, non-smoker, no couples, LGBTQ friendly
-Female, late 20s-early 30s preferred
-Working full time Mon-Fri 9-5. Commuters highly preferred. If hybrid, must be able to work from bedroom during work hours (Can not work from the shared space)
-Independent lifestyle, mature, clean, chill, doesn’t bring party home. Has lived with roommates before
