I’m moving out of my room and looking for someone to take it over and replace me on the lease starting April 1st. The lease runs through May 15, 2027, so it’s a great option if you’re looking for a stable long-term place.

The room will be fully furnished. I was originally planning to sell the furniture, but I’d prefer to leave everything for the incoming roommate for a negotiable price, making the move-in very easy. The room is the biggest of the 3 but didn’t have a built in closet so I bought one that has more storage than the other 2 rooms’ closets.

The apartment is a large 3 bed / 2 bath in a modern building with amenities including:
• Gym
• Elevator
• Roof deck
• Mail room
• Laundry room

Your room has direct access to a large private balcony through a sliding door, which is a great feature. The balcony is also accessible from the living room through a separate door. The apartment has a full-size kitchen with dining area, a spacious living room, and central heating/AC throughout the apartment.

You’d be sharing a bathroom with one roommate. The third roommate has the his own bathroom.

Rent & Requirements
• $2,135/month + utilities
• 1 month security deposit + first month’s rent due at signing
• Building requires good credit and income of at least 40x your portion of the rent
• Proof of income and employment required by the building

About the roommates
• Two chill guys, 26 and 28
• One works in finance, the other in executive recruiting
• One is from Australia, the other from London
• We’re friends and hoping to bring in someone who’s down to be part of a friendly, respectful living situation
• We keep the apartment clean and organized, so looking for someone similar
