I'm a 50-year-old professional moving to a 2BR within Tower 77 in Greenpoint, BK. Looking for a roommate in the mid-30s to mid-50s range who's professionally stable and wants a quality living situation - great building, great neighborhood, your share $2,000/mo. (significantly below market for this building).

About the setup:
We'll split a nice space, keep it clean (plus hire cleaners), respect each other's schedules and space. Normal hours mostly, occasional late nights fine, Overnight guests welcome.

Building amenities: Pool, sauna, fitness center, outdoor spaces, spectacular waterfront views, tennis courts. Paid parking (including monthly) on-site.

Practical details:
I currently rent a one-bedroom in Tower 77. I've arranged to transfer to an available 2 bedroom once I find a roommate, subject to building approval of both applicants. We apply jointly and are both named on the lease.

I have living room furniture, so this is an ideal setup for people moving from another shared space.
