Hi! We’re Itay and Kristina, both creatives based in NYC. Itay is a motion design director, and Kristina works in hospitality and production. We’ve been living in Greenpoint for several years and love the neighborhood.

We’re clean, respectful, and care deeply about our space. Looking for someone who’ll treat the apartment with the same attention and calm energy we do. When we’re not working, you’ll find us checking out local coffee shops, walking by the water, or cooking at home.
