Private room in cozy Greenpoint apartment

I am looking for someone to sublet my bedroom in my apartment in Greenpoint. The sublease will start January 1st and end March 31st. The apartment is a three bedroom, one bath. There are two other roommates, they are good friends of mine and really excellent living companions. We are hoping to find someone kind and friendly who is happy to share our communal living space. There is usually always someone home so the apartment is lively but we don’t have large parties. This is likely not the best apartment for someone who works primarily from home. We keep the apartment clean and all participate in caring for it. It’s a small building, the landlords live downstairs and there is one more apartment above ours. This is a great apartment and would definitely feel like a home to the right person!
The bedroom has a second room attached, I keep it empty for bodywork practice so it does not come with any furniture. The bedroom itself is furnished as pictured and there is closet space.
This is a second floor walk up. We have a dishwasher. There is no laundry in the building, but there are laundry mats within walking distance. There are various grocery stores within walking distance as well.
