I’m moving out of a 6BR/2BA apartment in Greenpoint and the landlord is looking to fill my room. The room will be available in mid-December and you’d be signing a normal lease directly with the landlord (not a sublet).

The apartment is on Clay St near Manhattan Ave — quiet block, close to the G train and an easy walk to the waterfront, parks, grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes. Also a 15 minute walk to the 7 train which takes you directly into Manhattan.

6 bedrooms total (mix of people in their 20s/30s)

Everyone is respectful and does their own thing

Central AC and heating

Washer & dryer in the unit

Dishwasher

Clean building with good management

Room has a floor-to-ceiling window with good light

Common areas are furnished

Fits a bed + desk + shelves easily

Option to take the bed/desk/nightstand/storage drawers if you want them

Good natural light

Lease details:

Move-in: around December 14 - Jan 1, flexible

Rent: $1,305/month

You would sign a regular lease with the landlord (not a sublet)

Current lease runs through April, with the option to renew for another 12 months

Standard application & proof of income required by landlord
