Hello! I'm moving out of my amazing apartment in the center of Greenpoint Brooklyn. Offering my room for rent as a lease takeover (i. e. you take over the lease from me) starting in December. Lease officially ends March 1st with OPTION TO RENEW :)

Room is $1,800/month in a 3 bedroom unit (3BR/1BA) with in-unit laundry & dishwasher. The building has a gym, yoga studio, furnished rooftop, coworking space, and lounge. Wifi is free.

Building address is 107 greenpoint avenue. Steps away from the G train and waterfront transmitter park.

Existing 2 roommates are late 20s/early 30s (one works in film the other in tech) both very respectful/mature and clean people, also fun to hangout with. Looking similar roommate profile.

Room is available as long as this post is up. Looking for someone to move in December first, can be a bit flexible. Living room is furnished and includes a smart TV. Bedroom furnishing is free and optional.
