My room is in a 2-floor duplex with beautiful roof-top access, shared with 4 friendly roommates (3 girls, 1 guy, ages 24–33). Everyone works during the day, so the apartment stays quiet and relaxed.

The room is located on the second floor, offering extra privacy and floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in lots of natural light. While the room doesn’t have a private bathroom or closet, I’ve been living here comfortably for months without issue.

The apartment has a great shared atmosphere—clean, respectful, and welcoming. Perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful spot with a nice balance of privacy and community.

6 month minimum stay. The lease ends in June and I’m looking for someone to move in until the lease is up.
