Upstairs: Your private room has a large windowed wall looking out at neighbors' backyards, allowing filtered light all day (both sheer and black-out curtains included). Furnished with a closet, wardrobe rack, and storage desk, all which will be cleared for you, a bar-height table with stools, and a super luxurious queen-sized bed. Tastefully decorated with unique works of art.

The second bathroom upstairs is en-suite (attached) to the room, W/D included (no fee) — such an amazing feature! Roommates share the W/D and will pass through your room or one of the other roommates who is also attached. 4 bedrooms total upstairs.

Common areas of the apartment are kept clean. Living room is spacious and could temporarily be used to store some furniture or larger items during your stay.

Shared rooftop access with some seating and a gorgeous 360 view of LIC, Midtown Manhattan, and Bushwick.

Minutes to walk to the Greenpoint Ave. G, parks at the gorgeous, updated waterfront and ferry, and an easy walk or bike ride across the Pulaski bridge to Long Island City.
