I am relocating for work and am looking for someone to fill my lease through June 1 2027. One of the current roommates got a great rate on this place during Covid and prices have stayed low. This is a 4br/2ba apartment in a 3-story walk-up. W/D in unit. Located between G train Nassau and Greenpoint. Bedford L train is a 15 minute walk. There are only 3 apartments in the entire building. Rooftop access. Utilities split between 4 roommates (ConEd, Gas and Internet). Landlord pays for water. First month rent and security deposit required.

You will be living with 2 females and 1 male whi share a separate bathroom at a lower rate. Looking for roommates who are conscientious about keeping common areas clean and pay rent/utilities on time.
