Large, sunny bedroom & extra office/storage/studio space taboot! The apartment is very large by neighborhood standards and in the best part of Greenpoint. There are really 4 bedrooms in the apartment, with only one roommate (me). This listing is for two bedrooms for the price of one. The second room is great for extra closet/work/office/storage/workout/studio space at an incredible deal!

I live here with my dog, Homer. He's the best dog I've ever met – super chill and so sweet. My current roommate is a good friend from the UK who’s moving back overseas.

The primary bedroom for rent has two big windows, great sunlight all day, and a view of the Empire State Building. It's currently furnished with a queen bed, desk, chair, a full-length mirror, and some shelves.
The second, internal room is the same size as the other bedroom, and is great for an office/art studio/workout space/storage room/etc. I use my other one as basically a giant walk-in closet with a fitness corner and extra storage space. This is a sick deal for someone who wants the extra space.

In addition to the 4 bedrooms, there is a shared living room, bathroom, dining area, and a huge kitchen that's packed with all sorts of fun gadgets (I used to work in restaurants and cook a lot). The living room has a TV, record player, and SONOS speakers. The two bedrooms are on opposite ends of a very long apartment, which offers some nice extra privacy. The wifi is excellent.

I work remotely as a creative writer and strategist. I love to travel as much as possible. I'm easy to get along with, chill, kind, and fun. The apartment is a safe, positive, inclusive space and all are welcome.

The neighborhood is fantastic! The house is on a quiet, tree-lined street just off Franklin Ave, near so many great restaurants and bars. Transmitter and McCarren Parks are both within a 10-min walk. You can walk to the G and the L and several bus routes. I've been in this apartment for about three years and absolutely love living here and love this neighborhood.
