I am looking for one roommate for a private room in a newly renovated, spacious, full floor, two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the second floor of a walk-up, with a separate kitchen and living room with lots of natural light. This is a month-to-month sublease, although I would prefer someone who will stay at least 5 months.

The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils and dishes. There is a dishwasher. The bathroom has a large stand-up shower and a large linen closet to share.

The available room is medium sized, with a HUGE closet with a built-in closet system. The room is currently furnished with a full sized bed, desk and chair, but that can be discussed.

Utilities are included.

The apt is 4 blocks from McGlorick Park. Located on the G train (Nassau Ave), 13 min walk. The B24 and B48 buses have stops on either end of the block.

Convenient to everything Greenpoint has to offer (restaurants, coffee shops, stores, parks, farmers markets, etc). Super easy walk or commute to Williamsburg and East Williamsburg. There are a few laundromats within 4 blocks of the apartment.

I am looking to live with a female or male roommate, looking for 1 roommate only that is a working professional and/ or a grad student. I would prefer someone who is not fully remote. Looking for someone who is clean and keeps up after themselves (ie. wipe down the counters, doesn’t leave dirty dishes in the sink, keeps the bathroom clean, etc) I love having a chill, cozy, comfortable home that is on the quieter side. This is not a party house. Occasional guests are okay. If you do have a guest coming a heads up is appreciated. Ideally looking for someone I can get along with and be friendly with when we are in shared spaces, but also respectful of personal space.

No pets

First month rent and one month security deposit is required to move-in.
