Sunny bedroom in prime Greenpoint available

Hi,

We are looking for someone to rent one of the large rooms in our 3 bedroom apartment in prime Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

The apartment is on the 4th floor (walk up) and the room is on the second story of a duplex. The room has direct access to a huge balcony which has been awesome during the pandemic. The room has a ton of direct light and can easily fit a queen bed, dresser, desk and tv (note: room comes unfurnished). There is a large built in closet in the hallway and you would be sharing a bathroom with one of the guys who lives on the top floor.

The kitchen is completely renovated with modern standard appliances including a dishwasher! The apartment is very spacious and modernized with central AC and heat. The apartment includes plenty of closet space for storage in the common area as well.

Your living mates are two guys in their late 20’s/ early 30’s. We’re very laid back and like to be social, but have been following the pandemic protocols seriously since March. We both are really into music, pop culture, and sports. One works in media and the other works in finance. It would be great if the new roommate had common interests but that is ,of course, not a requirement. We are looking for someone who is clean, chill and respectful of the space. Both of us identify as straight males. LGBTQ friendly.

The apartment is located in a great location in Greenpoint, blocks away from the G train and next to many great restaurants and bars. The waterfront is a 7 minute walk.
Laundry and supermarket are a block away. When working in the city becomes a reality again, it is only a 20 minute commute to Midtown.

We are looking to fill the room by 2/1. We are also looking for a roommate that is looking to stay for a min of 6 months however happy to discuss your situation over the phone if a shorter lease is needed.
