This is a 4-bedroom, 2 full-bathroom and 2 half-bathroom duplex apartment with a massive private yard in an ideal Greenpoint location. There are hardwood flooring, high-ceilings and natural light throughout the entire home. Each bedroom has a window and a closet and easily fits a queen-sized bed. The backyard is perfect for lounging, catching sun waves or having a barbecue or small bonfire. There is a half-bathroom near the entrance to the yard for cleaning and convenience. The apartment is equipped with its own laundry machine and dryer.

The kitchen features grey matte GE appliances, including a dishwasher and full-sized oven and stove with griddle for versatile cooking. Heat and hot water are included in the monthly rent.

The living room will look somewhat different than the current photo, as some furniture will be leaving.
The building is located less than 10 minutes from the Nassau G, McGolrick and McCarren Parks, and is a private and contemporary residence with easy access to the neighboring areas of Williamsburg and Long Island City.
