-Raised first floor unit in a quiet and well maintained building.
-Amazing natural sunlight.
-Coat closet & linen closet.
-Full kitchen with peninsula and stainless steel appliances.
-Living room is furnished, but I'm not married to any of the furniture. I've been looking to replace the couch regardless unless you have one you wanted to bring. Consider the space a blank canvas for us to have fun with!
-PRIVATE BACKYARD! (Turning it into a summer oasis is my new quarantine project!)
-The super lives across the street, he's very helpful and responsive!
-Heat/Hot water included. Bedrooms and common area has wall AC unit.

YOUR ROOM:
- It was able to fit a King Sized bed and Ikea Hemnes 8-drawer dresser with room to spare (dimensions in photos, dresser can stay if you need!)
- Double door closet with room for additional shelving and storage.
- Quiet, sunny back facing bedroom with 2 windows and wall unit AC.

ABOUT ME:
I just turned 30 and work in TV. I'm not the type to create a Pam Beesley-style chore wheel, but do expect a roommate to be clean and considerate in common areas. The roomba can only do so much! During the week (pre covid), you can usually find me at the gym or making dinner at home and having a glass of wine. On the weekends I enjoy going out, indulging in a Netflix binge or spending time with my nieces on Long Island. I'm very easy to live and get along with!

DOGS:
Have you ever wanted the perks of dog ownership but didn't want the responsibility or financial burden? THEN YOU'RE IN LUCK! I have 2 loveable floofers who will only live at the apartment on a PART-TIME basis. I share custody of them with my ex. I will never ask you to walk them, but they love to sunbathe in the yard! They're getting older so aside from the occasional zoomies, they pretty much sleep all day and keep to themselves when they're here. I can elaborate more on this when we chat!

NEIGHBORHOOD:
- 8 minute walk from Greenpoint (G) stop.
- 12 minute walk from Vernon-Jackson (7) stop (next stop, Grand Central!)
- B62/B32/B43 bus stop on corner, as well as a Citi-Bike rack.
- Close walking distance to Transmitter Park and countless bars , restaurants, shops, etc!

All in all, it's a fabulous apartment that I'd hate to leave. It's hard to find a non-railroad layout with private outdoor space in this area. Please respond with a little bit about yourself (Where do you work? What do you do for fun? Do you watch The Bachelor?!) and we'll take it from there!
