Bright large double-room (living room & bedroom) with private entrance that overlooks lovely MCGOLRICK PARK in Greenpoint. It is the top floor apartment of a 3-story building. There is a farmer's market in the park every Sunday.

This is long room separated by a large doorway so you can create a BEDROOM AND LIVING ROOM for yourself (see pics). You can fit up to a queen size bed in the bedroom area. There is a separate entrance from the hallway, and we would share the kitchen and bath. There is a nice size closet in the room. The building is well maintained.

UTILITIES AND INTERNET included.

This is a great area of Greenpoint and it's quiet by NYC standards. Lots of restaurants, shops, bars and coffee shops to choose from.

I'm looking for one person, a professional who works full-time outside of the home. I would expect you to pitch in with cleaning and to generally keeps things tidy in shared spaces. Also, I prefer someone who doesn't bring the party home and only has occasional guests. A non-smoker please.

About me: A long time Greenpoint resident. I'm friendly and enjoy a good conversation but other than that I'm fairly quiet around the house. I work in Graphic Design and mostly from home. These days in my free time I enjoy hiking and sculpture.

If you happen to have a car, street parking is decent.
