Spacious room in Greenpoint

Renting a sunny big bedroom in my great 2 bedroom apartment in Greenpoint.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 3 floor walk-up building, only two apartments per floor so lots of privacy.
The room will be unfurnished but can fit a king size bed, side tables, dresser and much more. a And you'll have a 2 big closets the room.
The room has big windows facing a bunch of backyards - it's very quiet and peaceful and you can hear the birds singing in the morning. Nice living room and kitchen.
Around the corner from McGolrick Park and a 10 minute walk to McCarren Park. Equally distant from the Graham (L) and Nassau (G) subway stations - around 10 minutes to either one. There are 2 Citi-bike stations and a laundromat down the corner as well. Also a lot of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, deli's and laundromats in the vicinity.

About me: female from Germany full time employed. Very respectful, mature, quiet, private, health conscious, clean, friendly and down to earth.

You: Mature and responsible person, employed full-time, down to earth, clean and considerate. Rent must paid on the 1st of every month.

The place feels great and has an artistic vibe. Not a party house at all, but definitely open to the occasional hanging & socializing. No guests/bf/gf every night, once or twice a week at the most.

Rent is $1800 plus utilities (Internet, Elect & Gas: $75each depending on the season, maybe a bit higher in the summer). To move in you need to pay a $1800 security as well. Sublet option is also negotiable.
