I'm offering a private furnished room in my cozy, welcoming 2 bedroom apartment in Gravesend, Brooklyn, near Avenue X and W 3rd Street. The apartment is bright, peaceful, and filled with plants, creating a relaxing, homey atmosphere. The room has a closet, and you'll have access to the shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Just a 5 min walk to the Avenue X subway station on the F train. About 45 min to Manhattan's Financial District.
I'm a professional yoga instructor with over 20 years of experience in yoga. I share my home with two sweat & friendly cats. I'm looking for a mature, responsible, non-smoking roommate who appreciates a peaceful, clean and respectful home. Ideally, someone who lives outside NYC but works here and needs a comfortable second home for about 2–3 nights per week. The room will be exclusively yours during the rental period, even when you're away. Rent is $1,000 per month, including utilities, for occasional stays.
