Room For Rent in Gravesend (small)

Hey my name is Edith and I am looking for a roommate to move in with me by August 1st.

The room will be $750 deposit and $750 rent when moving in. All utilities except and electricity internet included. Those bills will be split between us.

Qualities I?m looking for:
- Respectful, to myself and the neighbors (not making excessive noise late at night/early in the morning)
- Cooperative (helping clean shared spaces such as kitchen/living room and bathroom. As well as being able to work through conflicts that may arise in a temperate manner)
- Friendly (we don?t have to be best friends but a mutual agreement of kindness to each other will do)

Few things about me:
-introverted (I will most likely stay in my room 90% of the time)
-I work the morning- afternoon shift so I?m usually not home during the day a lot
-I cook as often as I can, although skills are in need of improvement
- I love to paint in my free time

The neighborhood is decent, lots of transit available close by

F train up the block, can be taken to Coney Island for more train options such as the D, F, N and Q

The N train (Avenue U station) is only a couple blocks away

The B3 is a few blocks away

And the Belt Parkway is also not far off

There are a lot of bodegas nearby, along with a laundry mat, supermarket and a post office
