Hi there!

We’re renting out the second bedroom (green bedspread) in our modern 2Bed/2Bath at 365 Bond Street, one of the best buildings in Carroll Gardens/Gowanus. Think gorgeous rooftop, proper gym, coworking spaces, and a super fun, vibey neighborhood full of great restaurants, cafés, and bars.

The Setup
-Modern, bright room with great storage
-Full apartment all to yourself from late September to January
- From January onward, I’ll be in NYC only part‑time (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off) and my wife won’t be living here at all
-So you still get loads of privacy and space!
