New Luxury Building in Brooklyn

My roommate unfortunately is leaving, so I'm in need of someone who can pick up her lease.

I currently work full-time as a professional at a technology company (mainly remotely, but sometimes I may go into the office). I'm also a part-time student at Harvard. I also model and DJ on the side. I don't mind guests or people over, as long as they respect our space. I enjoy making cocktails and cooking, so I'm always happy to be a nice co-host with you! If you do have guests, just a heads-up would be nice, but I'm easy-going and chill about it.

The unit is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom set up. It has a washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit. It's on the 14th floor.

You'll have the guest bedroom (with a closet) and a Western exposure of downtown Manhattan (unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is furnished). You'll also have a private bathroom (bathtub + shower) with a massive vanity mirror.

I currently have two pets, a dog and a cat, who stay in the living room, which is gorgeous and features North and Western exposures of downtown Manhattan (Statue of Liberty + One World Trade Center). There is also an outdoor L-shaped balcony.

Because it's a new building, the management is covering utilities - IDK when they'll stop, but it's likely going to be for a while. I currently own the internet bill ($70) for Verizon Fios. There is an Equinox style gym, a massive work space (like a startup office), and arts & crafts room + movie theater.

The building also features a rooftop terrace with an amazing view of the NYC skyline. It has several publicly accessible terraces, too. For the most part, the building is finished, but there is still ongoing construction (mainly on the other half of the building).

That said, I welcome all folks. The only thing I ask (aside from paying rent) is that you're OK with me having a dog and cat in the living room.

Preference goes toward people who can take on the remainder of the 14 month lease with me (there's about 12 months left), but I am open to people who need to stay for a shorter amount of time.
