Hi there,

My name's Spencer, we're currently looking for a new roommate to sign onto a 1 year lease for our 5 Bed, 5 Bathroom apartment in Gowanus.

I've lived here for a year, you'd be taking my current room and I'd be moving into a different one. It's not massive, but it does have room for a full/queen, as well as a desk and drawers. The closet is tiny but good for storage. I've installed a wall bar as you can see that I can leave up for you.

Fire escape is quite large and can serve as a balcony that fits chairs and a small table. Every room has a private bathroom, personal A/C, as well as a shared washer/dryer in unit.

We're a mix of young professionals in our 20's and 30's. 3M 1F. We keep a really tidy kitchen as well as living room. Most of the time we keep to ourselves as our schedules vary. Looking for someone who's quiet, clean, and just chill.

Third floor walkup. 5 Minute walk to the Union St. R Station (1 stop from Atlantic/Barclays) 10 minute to the G/F Carroll St. Station. Quiet neighbourhood, right beside the Gowanus Canal (it doesn't smell I promise) Right in between Carroll Gardens and Park Slope. Really great spot for a decent price.

Applications will be sent through our property management company. $20 application fee. Guarantors accepted. Wifi is $10 a month and utilities vary from $80-$140 a month.
