It’s a small but affordable bedroom. Pets are allowed with landlord's permission (there are two Guinea Pigs in the downstairs bedroom, so be aware). No smoking indoors (outdoors is fine). Water is included in the Rent, all other utilities are split evenly between the roommates. Washer Dryer in shared bathroom. It’s an all female apartment, and some of the roommates aren’t comfortable living with men, so no men (Sorry 🤷🏼‍♀️). Thanks.
