Third floor of a rowhouse property with excellent location in heart of Gowanus next to the canal with R Union Station 5' walk. F/G 10' walk. Atlantic Mall 15' walk. Cobble Hill to the West and Park Slope to the East. Prospect Park/GAP 25' walk. Lots of venues, restaurants, breweries, and locales around.

I'm moving out after 2 years to be closer to work and need someone to take over the remaining 2 months of the lease. The current lease ends June 30 and you have the option to renew for another year. Get a feel for the place before you commit to a longer term. Utilities average $100 per month.

Your other 4 roommates are busy professionals who have varying schedules based around their jobs. Because everyone has their own bathroom, the unit is more private than I expected and I hardly notice that I'm living in a 5 bedroom.
