Quiet room with 8.5' ceiling and closet! Plenty of space for a full or even a queen bed. Washer/dryer in the apartment and a massive private outdoor space/yard. 20 min walk to either the waterfront or Prospect Park. Open to renting the room furnished or unfurnished! Your roommates are myself (32, gnc/transmasc, they/them, swing shift RN) and one other roomie (26, cis, queer, he/him IT consultant, works from home). We are looking for a roommate who values a relaxing and laid-back home environment and keeps common spaces tidy, would also love to share some house meals a couple times per month and movie or game nights! No other pets please, I have a sweet and quiet chi/terrier mix who loves people but not other dogs or cats.

Full disclosure, this room is the center room between the front and rear bedrooms and doesn't have its own window, but is great for a night shift worker or anyone who keeps an off-hours schedule and would like a solid night's (day's? haha) sleep.
