Laundry in building and dishwasher in apartment, plus CENTRAL AIR and control of own heat! We also have an awesome kitchen with a huge sink and tons of counter space. Internet + Electric range from $ 40-75/month. Don?t have cable, but do have tv in the living room with Netflix and Hulu.

Room will be unfurnished, and comfortably fits a full size bed, small desk and dresser. Features partial exposed brick wall, and view of World Trade Center from bedroom window. No closet, but current occupant is selling wardrobe rack for $50.

1 block from the Union St. R train stop, 10-15 min. walk to Atlantic Terminal (2,3, 4,5, B, D, N, Q, R), and 15 min walk to Carroll St. F, G station. Tons of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Also a 10-15 min walk to Prospect Park, and close to music and comedy venues like Union Hall and the Bell House.

We?re 1 male and 1 female (who is queer, so MUST be LGBTQ+ friendly!) in our early 30s, and work Monday-Friday, 9:00-6:00/8:30-5:30. We do try to keep the place pretty clean, but aren?t super rigid about it. Not huge partiers, but we?re pretty relaxed, so just be respectful.

We?re mostly busy with our own schedules and tend to do our own thing, but will have a friendly chat here and there. Also happy to hang out! Female goes to concerts and theater pretty frequently, and always glad to have someone join. Guests welcome - again, just be respectful. Love animals, but sorry, no pets.
