I’m leaving my room in December, and I’m looking for someone to take over my lease! The lease runs until Jul 30th 2027

I’ve been living here for 2 years, and I’m honestly the biggest fan of this neighborhood. The location is amazing, right across from Fort Greene Park and within walking distance of some of the best coffee shops, restaurants, and spots in the area.

The apartment

The apartment is a four-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment shared with three other roommates. Honestly, sharing one bathroom has never been a big deal for me!

- it fits a full size bed
- I can leave it furnished, and I will not charge for it!

About the roommates

The apartment is shared with three other roommates. Everyone is very low-key and chill. They’re all either in school, working, or doing both, and we’ve been living together for 2 years.
