Sunny Fort Greene Sublet Available

I’m looking for someone to sublease the second bedroom in my sunny two-bedroom Fort Greene apartment for six months. There may be a possibility of joining the lease afterward, but that is not guaranteed.

The room comes partially furnished, and utilities generally run around $150–$200 per month. The apartment is across from the tennis courts, about a four-minute walk from the Lafayette Avenue C train and five minutes from Atlantic Terminal/Barclays Center, with access to the 2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q, R and LIRR. Fort Greene Park, BAM, Thea Bakery and plenty of cafés, restaurants and neighborhood shops are all nearby.

A little about me: I’m a writer and educator in my 30s. I’m warm and friendly, but I also value a clean, peaceful home and appreciate living with someone who has their own life and routine in New York.

I’d ideally love to live with someone in their late 20s or 30s who is clean, considerate, financially stable and able to provide income verification or other supporting financial documents. No pets, please.
