Hello! ISO a roommate who is looking for a long term place in Fort Greene. Private room with 2 great windows; spacious with closet and separate entrance. 1st floor and a shared private backyard (shared with 1 neighbor who does lots of great yardwork). Also great parking in the area, and a Wegman's + restaurants very close by.

I'm Grace (they/she), I'm 23 and work as a Restaurant Consultant - I live with my little babygirl cat, Miss Swiss Miss (2) and we're currently fostering Sullivan Bean (Little Kitty). (All litter boxes are in my room and it's a peaceful cat house)

I have the common space completely furnished - tv, and fully stocked kitchen. You'd have your own separate entrance (shown in bedroom pics), and closet. Room for a queen bed.

Looking for Feb 1 move in. Lease goes through August but I plan on re-signing.
