Sunny fully furnished bedroom in Fort Greene (next to downtown Brooklyn) available July 12. Room has a large window in a 5-bedroom house, and has a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, laundry in the basement, an outdoor patio with a joining backyard.

Our place is near Fort Greene Park and has a wide variety of restaurants, grocery stores such as Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and Wegmans,, several gyms in neighboring streets, and is quite convenient for cycling (Cikibike nearby, and can bike to downtown Manhattan or Williamsburg in 15 minutes).

Renovated house with all furnishing and kitchen appliances included.

Room has a twin-size bed with a comfortable memory gel foam mattress, closet space with overhead storage space large enough to hold luggage, etc., desk, chair, towels, linen, with access to fully furnished common areas such as a living room, dining area and kitchen. Room shares a bathroom with another room, and there is an additional common shared half-bathroom on the main floor of the house.

Close to almost all subways, including F, G, A, C, 2, 3, 4, 5, B, Q, R, D, N, as well as the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR).
15 minute walk to NYU Tandon, LIU, Pratt and Brooklyn Hospital.
10-15 minute Uber/Lyft rides to lower Manhattan and Williamsburg.
