About you: mature clean graduate student or working professional, who has lived in shared spaces before and would like to live in a friendly community place with a home feel.

About the room: included is a Twin-size bed with a comfortable memory gel foam mattress, closet, desk, chair, lighting, towels, linen, with access to fully furnished common areas such as living room, dining area and kitchen. Room shares a full-sized bathroom with another room. There is an additional common shared bathroom on the first floor of the house.
