1BR in 3BR apt Clinton Hill/ Ft. Greene

The apartment: It's a 2nd floor walkup. Three bedrooms (my roommates share one bedroom and use another as their office.) We have very high ceilings and gorgeous exposed brick. We have a huge common area (kitchen/dining table/living room) with lots of big windows (facing north and east) with a bridge view. There's a big tv and my roommate has his Netflix, Hulu, and HBO hooked up for your viewing pleasure. We also have central AC! My roommates have a kind cat that everyone loves.

The room: My room has a closet and can comfortably fit a double bed, or a queen if you don't need a lot of space. There's a brick wall with two east-facing very tall windows that open up to a fire escape landing that you and a friend can relax on.

Personnel: You'll be accompanied by the two best roommates I've ever had in my life. They are a long-term couple in their late 20's / early 30's. She's an elementary school teacher, he works in solar energy and usually works from home. They are friendly, chill, and responsible. They like cooking, going out, hiking, watching movies, playing video games, etc.

Financials: Your portion of the rent is $1,233 per month. We also pay Con Edison, National Grid, and internet, which totals between no, but we have been blasting the AC and heat so this could cost way less if you are conscientious. Rent is paid directly to our landlord online.

Timeline: We are flexible on the move-in date. This arrangement would be through Sept 2020 with an option to stay on if it's working well for everyone.

Furniture: The room is currently furnished with a bed and shelving. If you have your own furniture, we can substitute accordingly.

Management: We have a very responsive and reliable super who can fix anything. Our landlord is chill and professional and we have never had any issues with him.

Quarantine Specific Notes: Out of all the potential spots in NYC to be quarantined, we're happy to be close to a Fort Greene Park where you can exercise or stretch out in the sun. We also appreciate our indestructible bodega that has never run out of essential supplies and the wide variety of restaurants and bars that continue to serve up fantastic takeout.
