I am trying to find two roommates for my apartment in Fort Greene. Unfortunately two current roommates are relocating for new jobs. I've been living here for 4 years and I really want to keep the place. The room is $1,250 and $1,350, and the lease starts from August 1st for one year (possible early move-in a week or so before the lease starts). The room has AC and closet built in, and the living room is spacious.

ABOUT ME:
* I'm doing phd at NYU. At work a lot but would love to go out from time to time.
* I am quite chill and clean, and not often at home because of work. Generally quiet but also enjoy hanging out.
