I’m looking to sublet my lovely 2 bedroom apartment located in Brooklyn.

The apartment itself is awesome!

I'm located literally just a couple of blocks from the Barclays Center (variety of train options) and just 1 block from the C train (Lafayette Stop)

Awesome neighborhood. Walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, H&M, the Apple Store, cafes, shopping stores, salons, Barclays Center - you name it. Incredibly safe.

The building is pre war but is rather incredibly well maintained, spacious and sunny, and also of an incredibly fun and friendly atmosphere. Wine night at the neighbors or brunch/dinner with the upstairs tenant is an awesome way to end the night or start the weekend.

My building also provides a laundry room and trash room. (No need to even leave the place during those scorching summer or brisk winter days)

I'm looking to sublet by October 1st; however, a flexible move in date may be considered and arranged.

I am seeking a long-term renter to rent for 6 month periods at a time; as I am on a multi-year lease, but simply moving in with my partner.
