Room in flatlands 2nd floor 2 bed apartment

Hey I currently live with my brother in this spacious 2 bedroom apartment and I’ll be moving out in September. It’s furnished with utilities (heat, AC, and WiFi) included and tvs in bedroom and living room. Very safe and quaint area of Brooklyn with a bus station a couple blocks away and the 2/3/4/5 trains on Flatbush 10 mins out. Parking is street parking but very easy to find. No Laundry in the building but there’s a laundry mat right next door. Need 1 month deposit and 1st month and to sign a contract to be a sublet, can do 6 months but prefer 1 year. Credit check and job history preferable to approval.
