Quiet Room available in lovely location!

Hello,
I am currently seeking a quiet, responsible individual to share my space with.

Located in Ditmas area you have your choice of the Q, B or F train Along with other bus routes.

It is a beautiful neighborhood with quiet neighbors and fun activities during the summer.

You can easily get what you need as there are many stores around and great walking areas.

First let me say NO smokers that includes weed, cigarettes, vape or hookah.

I am a very quiet individual and I am seeking someone who is also clean and respectful.

I am mostly always working so we may or may not see much of each other depending on my work schedule.

I don't expect us to hang out or be best friends just an amicable coexistence.

That being said, no couples and no parents with kids. I have my reasons for saying this.

Pets are welcome but that will be discussed within the interview.

About the room: It is a nice room with a full sized bed, storage drawers, closet and vanity. However if you prefer the other room which is more like a studio we can work something out then.

A washing machine is available in unit but if you'd rather not use that there is also a large laundromat one small block away.
