I have one spacious bedroom available in a 1200 sq. ft. 3-bedroom apartment in Flatbush, Brooklyn. If you are looking for easy access, by subway, to Manhattan (28 minutes), the Beach (35 minutes), and walkable access (10 minutes) to green space, look no further.

Location: The apartment is in the bustling neighborhood of Flatbush, with Flatbush Ave, Cortelyou Road, and Church Ave to venture out for food, drinks, and provisions. And with a 10-minute walk to Prospect Park, the crown jewel of Brooklyn. Conveniently near the Q and B trains- less than a 5-minute walk away- and located across the street is a Citi Bike station, and the laundromat is 500 feet away.

The Room: Furnished or Unfurnished 15’ x 11’ bedroom with two windows, two closets
Amenities: window A/C unit. Can include bed, lighting, table/desk, and plants, optional.
Shared common spaces: dining room, living room, kitchen, and 1 ½ bathrooms. Equipped with kitchen essentials.

The Apartment Vibe: To escape the chaos that is NYC, this place is chill and tidy, with plants. I do live here full-time. There's a whole separate wing just for eating. There’s plenty of space to never cross paths or be in the same space without feeling crowded. The space is only for the renter; no wild socials, late-night hangs, live-in partners, no pets or parties are allowed.

You: Chill and tidy. I appreciate quiet, responsible, clean, and considerate individuals to share the space. Please be respectful of the property, neighbors, and neighborhood. This is a residential space, and cohabitation is the name of the game. Not open to smokers, vape users, or heavy drinkers. Ideal person: works in person, or someone from the Hudson Valley looking for a city stay during the work week. No pets.
