Looking for someone who values cleanliness and communication for the seamless maintenance of shared spaces. This isn’t the ideal space for someone who’d throw frequent parties, but low key get togethers are no problem. This is the ideal space for someone who enjoys being active and would like a peaceful space to return to. A year long commitment is negotiable, however subletting within that commitment while traveling is not possible.

Move in date can be asap, not rushing on a decision. Shorter term commitment can be discussed at a higher rate.

About me:

I do my best to be mindful of my neighbors and roommate, so Im looking for someone who can do the same. Im (male/30) often either out of the apartment juggling jobs, going to events, exercising or taking time to myself, so a monthly check in to facilitate a communicative space will be key for us to stay on the same page about maintaining shared spaces.

I’ve been told I have an eye for interior design, however Im open to bringing in new ideas that would make you feel more at home!
