Room for Rent near Prospect Park and B/Q train

We are looking for a 3rd roommate in our ground floor 3 BR 1 bath apartment to move in from the 1st of September.

The apartment is very conveniently located near Prospect Park and right across the street from the Church Ave B and Q trains (20 min. ride into Manhattan). Its central location gives great access to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, gyms, convenience stores and more.

Roommates are both graduates students in literature. We are pretty easygoing, comfortable spending time together but also cherish alone time (especially during exam season 🙃). We have no preferences for a roommate, just someone who is clean, respectful and open-minded.

The available bedroom (in pictures) will be unfurnished and has a good sized closet. Its windows face east and let in plenty of sunlight during the day.

As for the common areas, the living room is fairly large and cozy. The kitchen is on the smaller side but still fits a table where we can share a communal meal. All appliances in the common areas are shared.
