I am looking for a roommate for my Luxury 2 bedroom in an all amenities building.

The building has a lot of work spaces, conference areas, Roof access with Pool Table, game area, Movie Theatre, Gym, Yoga Room, Lounge, Etc! Also big Laundry room.

Parking upon request is an additional fee per month.

Located on the third floor of an elevator building, my apartment has Central A/C and Heat, Bluetooth Surround sound, a Granite kitchen island and a Dishwasher. Apt has a balcony.

Room is Full to Queen sized has a big Lofty window and closet.

I am a Full-time working Teacher and mother to my Four year old daughter. We will be out of the house Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM and like to relax on weeknights and explore on the weekends. We love to cook and listen to music. I am also a creative artist (from music to art).

Looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and is looking for a calm but creative living environment w my daughter and I. Someone who values personal space but also can have conversation and value communal space!
